Our return window typically spans 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the item is postmarked or returned within this timeframe to be considered for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the payment processor’s policies.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Similar return and eligibility conditions apply to exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate a return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Store Credit:
